TENANT PROJECT SERVICES, INC is a commercial General Contracting Company Established in 1995, which over the past 20 years has gained a reputation as a company with a conscience! From initial lease budgeting to final project close-out, every effort is made to provide our clients with the necessary detail and information needed to make their project a success.

Unlike other General Contractors we take the time to understand the client’s business and operational requirements. Behind the scenes, our project managers are breaking down every project by trade and scope and developing a subcontractors list that will best serve an individual project. At the same time, our project coordinator is reviewing every detail of the project from lighting to flooring, researching product lead-times and availability and how this information may impact the project as a whole. When completed, our clients are presented with a detailed proposal that is broken down by each individual trade, denoting scope, quantity and unit cost. By providing this level of detail, our clients are given the necessary tools and knowledge to make the decisions needed to insure a successful project.

TENANT PROJECT SERVICES, INC employees understand that we are only as good as our last project, and that our continuing goal is to never stop building new relationships, and to nurture existing relationships by continually developing new and better ways to serve our clients. Each project manager and superintendent not only has the education and background in the construction industry, but has the hands-on experience to make sound decisions in the field in order to keep a project moving forward. At the same time, we protect the interest of the client by being accountable for every aspect of the project.

Our Mission Statement

TENANT PROJECT SERVICES, INC’s goal for every project, regardless of size or complexity, is to apply a set of principles. In the past twenty years we have found that the success of every project has three common elements that will ultimately determine the success and profitability of a project: Communication, Coordination and Efficiency.

COMMUNICATION: We have found that communication between all parties is essential when developing a project. The architect and engineer must understand the end users’ needs and develop a plan that will encompass these requirements. We endeavor to work within the budgetary constraints of the client. Throughout the life of a project, these lines of communication must be open between the owner, architects, general contractor, and subcontractors to provide a smooth process throughout the various phases.

COOPERATION: Once a project moves from design to reality, it becomes the responsibility of the general contractor to build a team of competent, skilled subcontractors that fit the project budget, scope, and timeline. We work together to successfully execute a project within the budget without sacrificing quality or performance.

EFFICIENCY: Efficiency is the culmination of sound communication practices and cooperation between all parties involved. With this in mind, we sought a way to keep all pertinent project information in one place, accessible any time day or night, by anyone involved in a Tenant Project Services, Inc. project. From owners and architects, to the many subcontractors, all of our projects are accessible through our PASKR Project Management Site. AIA contracts, change orders and payment applications can be reviewed and approved electronically. Meeting Notes, Plan sets and Submittal logs are accessible through any mobile device or PC, 24-7. By implementing this system of project management, we have been able to provide our clients and partners the tools necessary to keep projects moving.
